I'm here to ensure you can update your Standard Bank transactions in QuickBooks. This way, you'll be able to keep your books up to date.

When you manually update your bank account in the Banking menu, your 3 days worth of transactions from Standard Bank should automatically flow in QuickBooks. Since your unable to do so, I'd recommend uploading your transactions using the WebConnect feature. 

The WebConnect feature needs you to download your transactions from Standard Bank, then manually upload them. After you download, kindly follow these steps:

1. Open QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to the Banking menu.
3. Click the Update drop-down arrow, then choose File upload.
4. Select Browse to select the file.
5. Choose Next.
6. Select the bank account, then click Next.
7. Click Let's go!.

Once done, your recent downloaded transactions will be ready for review in the For Review tab. You can now match and categorise them.
