Also been experiencing the same issue since February between Capitec Business banking..I have now reported the issue to the banking ombudsman as Capitec are still advertising they are supported with QuickBooks ...as a customer of both businesses this service is appalling...each one blaming the other...I think 10 months is more than long enough to resolve the issue if both parties were willing...it is apparent they are not and as the customer were must tolerate this shoddy service...it is not what we signed up for...happy to share case number
