Hello, Mark.

 

Error 155 indicates that your financial institution isn’t allowing QuickBooks to establish a connection to retrieve your account data.

 

We’re actively working with your financial institution to resolve this issue, but they have not yet provided a timeline for when it will be restored.  

 

For now, you can manually import your bank transactions. Once the connection is restored, QuickBooks will resume downloading transactions from your bank. To avoid duplicates, you can review and exclude any transactions that you’ve already imported manually.
