To ensure that we're on the same page, can you share with us more details about the alternative dashboard (Standard Bank). Any additional information or screenshots you can give me will help to ensure a timely solution.
While waiting for your reply, let me provide some information about connecting an account. Standard Bank account can be linked to QBO as long as it shows as one of the supported financial institutions.
To check, go to the Banking page to connect the bank. Hereβs how:
- Tap the Banking menu to select Banking.
- Hit the Add account menu to open the Connect an account page.
- From there, key in Standard Bank in the search field.
- If it shows, click on it to access the Sign in to account window.
- Then, enter your email address and password.
- Make sure the information is similar to your bank login information.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
