To update my payment method to Intuit, but following the instructions, I cannot add my bank. my account details on payment methods show my bank but no products

I have tried to update my card details, but QB wont accept when I hit resubscribe. under my account details I can see my bank account, but it says no product is paid by this account how do I enter to pay
