I can see how long you've been experiencing this issue, @asjhhafj45. But don't worry, I'm here to help make sure you can connect your Investec Bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Before we start, did you receive any error message when connecting your Investec Bank account to QuickBooks? This will help us verify if there's an ongoing investigation based on the error received.

 

In the meantime, let's log in to your QBO account using a private browser. It's the best way to verify if this is a browser data issue. To open a private browser, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
