Allow me to chime in and add information about requesting support for your bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

There isn't a set amount of time for an online bank support request. What happens is that your financial institution will contact Intuit to see if they can come into terms with the connection. There isn't a guarantee for this request, which explains why you haven't received any reply at this time.

 

While waiting for the request to go through, you can follow the steps shared by my colleagues above to manually upload your transactions as a workaround.
