Before we proceed, could you share the name of your bank and specify whether the missing transactions fall within a particular time frame, such as the past few days or weeks? This information will allow us to provide guidance tailored to your situation.


To start, please log in to your bank’s website to check for any maintenance or service disruptions that might be impacting the connection with QuickBooks. If there are no issues on your bank’s side, you can manually refresh the bank account connection in QuickBooks.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions via a CSV file to keep your records up to date.
