I already contacted your Live Support Team and had a conversation with Dennise Hyacinth S. Unfortunately, she had no idea what she was doing and tried to fix issues I never asked about, which wasted two hours of my time. In my opinion, an employee like this should be dismissed immediately — it was a completely useless and frustrating experience.
