If you don't need to comply with MTD regulation, (imho) it's up to you to purchase and use the one time license for QB Desktop 2021 US version or QB Desktop 2020 UK version. Otherwise, you should migrate to QB Online or another cloud based accounting app. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service if required.
