Thanks Taaliah, I'd be grateful if you could disconnect and reconnect the app on QuickBooks using an incognito window and then attempt to reimport the mandates - please let me know if the match then appears automatically or if you're able to select the customer from the drop-down field (under 'match to QuickBooks customer)
