Hello, Daniel.

I understand how important it is for you to do your tasks. I'll share information so you'll be able to do VAT invoices.

If it's QuickBooks Desktop your using, you can run the verify and rebuild data. This resolves a typical data issue that prevents the software from performing as intended. I'll show you how to do it.

Verify data:

  1. Go to the Window menu, then select Close All.
  2. Click the File menu.
  3. Hover your mouse to the Utilities, then choose Verify Data.
  4. If QuickBooks detected no problem with your data, no further action is needed.
  5. If there's a specific error message, you can search for articles using this link: QuickBooks Desktop support site.

Rebuild Data:

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Hover to Utilities, then Rebuild Data.
  3. You will receive a warning message to backup your company file, press OK.
  4. Select where you want to save your backup, then OK.
  5. The Rebuild Data will start as soon as the backup is finished.
  6. Click OK when you get the message "Rebuild has completed".

For your reference, check out this article for the complete details: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you're referring to the QuickBooks Desktop app, it's no longer supported. This might be the reason why the invoice won't load. Also, you can download and install QuickBooks mobile app or log in through any supported browser to access your account.

In addition, I've included this resource for your future reference to learn how to set up and use the VAT feature: Set up and use VAT in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you need further assistance with VAT. We're always here to back you up.
