@Angelyn_T I know about deleting field by field until the entire row is blank after I open the memorized report.  That takes time, and the blank row remains in sight, which is unsightly especially if it is in the middle of rows above and below that remain valid.   What will be useful is if I can, eg, right click and delete the entire line at one go, just like how it's done in excel.  Any advice? Thank you!
