Hi! I've been experiencing this error 189 too. I haven't been able to sync my bank transactions for weeks now. I tried to message via the real time messenger (from the link you sent) but it always tells me that the Chat is Unavailable at this time. Can you provide me a number to call please? This is causing a lot of inconvenience, hope it can be resolved asap!
