Can you tell us more about the bank that you're having trouble with and the error message you've encountered? That'll help us check to see if there's an ongoing issue with it.
To update your bank account sign-in information:
- Go to your Banking menu and select Update.
- Make sure you have selected the appropriate account.
- Select the correct bank account and select the Edit ✎ next to the bank name and enter your updated username and password.
- Click Save and connect.
- Once you see a confirmation message, select I'm done, Let's go!
