Hi there, Liz.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with this issue for three weeks. When the bank transactions page doesn't load, it usually occurs if there’s an interruption between your bank’s website and QuickBooks Online.

First, ensure a stable internet connection, allowing the system to gather the necessary resources to download your transactions.

If your internet is working, check that your bank account details in QuickBooks match those on file with your bank, as mismatched information can cause errors.

  1. On your Bank transactions page, click the Edit (pencil icon).
  2. Then, select Edit sign-in info, update your credentials.
  3. And click Save and connect.

Additionally, check the status of your bank on the Bank Feed Status page, where you can find any updates or issues that might currently affect your bank. This page also includes helpful troubleshooting steps for resolving various errors.

For more detailed instructions on resolving your bank transactions page, check out this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can return here whenever you need assistance.
