It's vital you're able to add a tax line mapping on your account and I'll be happy to show you how. QuickBooks equips you with the necessary tools and resources which help you get your work done faster.
In order to add a tax line, you'll need to make sure you've set up sales tax on your account, here's how:
- Click Taxes from the left menu
- Set up sales tax
- Select your province or territory
- Select Save
- Provide the Start of tax period and Filing frequency
- Select the Reporting method
- Enter your PST/GST/HST number if applicable
- Select Next
- Click Got it
