I'd be happy to help you find the edit info option so you can change the ending balance on your reconcile.

If you need to change the ending balance it can only be done before you submit your reconcile. In order to find the edit you'll need to follow these steps. Go to Accounting>Reconcile>Resume Reconciling. Once there you'll see the edit info in the top right of the screen. If you still don't see it that could be due to your browser having issues with the cache and cookies. You can clear them by following the steps in this article. I suggest also trying a different internet browser or a private browser such as Google chromes incognito mode. If you already submitted the reconcile you'll need to get in touch with your accountant to remove the reconcile and then you can create it again. If you don't have an accountant however we can help.
