If you're integrating PayPal App with QuickBooks, here's how to connect it with QuickBooks:

1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Apps menu.
3. Search for the PayPal App.
4. Click the Get App Now button.
5. Hit the Connect to PayPal button.
6. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.

While if you're connecting PayPal using bank feeds, let's perform the following troubleshooting steps to ensure your bank transactions are up-to-date: 

1. Access your bank’s website outside QuickBooks.
2. Review your posted transactions and check for any connectivity error notifications.
3. Once complete, log in your QuickBooks Online account.
4. Let’s perform a manual update on your connected bank account.
   1. Choose the Banking menu.
   2. Click the Banking tab.
   3. Go to Update.
   4. Select Update Now.
   5. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
   6. Click Continue Update.
