I've checked our list of reports about missing bank transactions. Thus, the affected bank under Australia is Westpac. If you are referring to this bank, our engineering team is still fixing this issue. 

If you're using a different bank account, you can manually update. This helps to show up the missing bank transactions. To update just go to the Banking tab and then click Update on the upper right corner.
