To address this issue effectively, we recommend contacting our QuickBooks phone support team. They have the tools and expertise needed to assess the status of the Commonwealth Bank's Open Banking integration in QuickBooks and resolve the issue of being routed to the Direct Banking feature.

 

To make things more convenient and avoid waiting on hold, we suggest using the Call Me Back feature. This will reserve your spot in the queue, allowing one of our support agents to contact you at your convenience. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account
  2. Click the Help icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  3. Go to the Search tab.
  4. At the bottom of the page, select the Contact Us button and enter the details of your concern.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Opt for the Callback option.
