Since all your price rules stopped functioning on the same day, I recommend contacting our live support team for further assistance. They have the resources and expertise to conduct a screen-sharing session, allowing them to investigate this unusual behavior in a secure environment. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Select either tab to get started.
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalised answers from the QB Assistant. Choose a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can click the option talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or hit Contact Us, enter a short description about what you're looking for, and select Continue.
  3. Choose a way to connect either Start a chat or Call us.
