HI Julie,

 

There isn't any reported incident as of the moment about Westpac bank account showing reversed downloaded transactions. I recommend contacting directly our Customer Care  Team. That way, they can ask your details in a secure form and check your account connection with our bank engineers.

  1. You can go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-au/contact.
  2. Select the product you have questions about.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Select Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
