I appreciate you following this thread, BYM4U.

I can help you resolve the "Get a better connection" concern so you can resume your banking activities.

You can disconnect the current standard feeds connection and re-connect your bank account using a Direct feeds connection. Please note that before disconnecting the standard feed, ensure all transactions are added and categorised in the For review tab.

To disconnect a bank account:

  1. Navigate the Transactions tab, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account.
  3. Click the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
  4. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
  5. Tap Save and Close.

Then, reconnect the bank account using the steps below:

  1. Go back to the Transactions tab, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Link account on the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Find your bank in the search bar, then select it.
  4. Select the Get direct bank feeds link.
  5. Enter your information and follow the prompts.

You can use this article for more information about bank connections: Connect and manage your bank account in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, explore our Direct Feed FAQ to discover answers to frequently asked questions.

If you have further bank connection concerns or other related issues, post them in the comment below. I'll be sure to lend a hand again.
