Thanks for joining the thread. Have you also tried to click on Link account and search for your bank account name and the Get direct bank feeds is not showing?
If none of the options are showing, you can also disconnect the current standard feeds connection and re-connect your bank account using Direct feeds connection. Prior to disconnecting the standard feeds connection, make sure to add and categorise all transactions in the For review tab.
To disconnect a bank account:
Then, reconnect the bank account using the steps below:
Once done, kindly wait for 24-48 business hours to activate your ANZ and Commonwealth bank account. For all other banks kindly send your CAF form to SISS email address. You can also check this link to learn more about: Direct bank connections with QuickBooks Online | FAQ.
