Hi Phung,

Thanks for posting in the Community! There's no reported incident at the moment with missing transactions for direct bank feeds in QuickBooks Online. One of the possible reasons why transactions were not downloaded could be there's a delay or bank maintenance on that day. What we can do now instead is to manually import your missing bank transactions via CSV file.

If you have access to your online banking, here's how to get your bank transactions.

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Every financial institution has different steps.
  3. Set date range of the transactions you would like to download.
  4. Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.
  5. Log in to QBO, and click on the drop down arrow next to Link account, and choose Upload from file.
  6. Click on Select files.
  7. Select your CSV file.
  8. Fill out the mapping of each fields like Date, Amount and Description.
  9. Categorise and add your transactions in QuickBooks Online.
