Let's manually update your bank, anuraag1.

 

I'd like to verify the account that didn't update so I can walk you through the detailed steps on how to fix the issue. To refresh the connection, you can follow the steps on how to manually update your bank:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions or Banking menu.
  2. Click Banking
  3. Select the bank and at the upper-right, click Update

You can check your bank or credit card's website to see any alerts, maintenance, or alerts that need action. For more details, you can go to the what to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions on QuickBooks Online page. Meantime, you'll want to manually import your bank transactions to QuickBooks.
