I've called into Support twice about TurboTax Prem version and it's not picking up any of my slips.
I've cleared my cache and re-installed the product and it's still not working, why is it hard to get better technical support during the Tax season?
I have the latest version of Windows and Chrome, and I have no issue manually login into CRA to look at my slips (T4, T5, T5008, RRSP and TFSA) but TurboTax does the request and nothing seems to come back...would be nice to have a diag log to look at the issue and get this resolved.
