My QB doesn't have any of the following: employee and company social security #, company EIN, company bank details (routing number, account number), or vendor tax ID.  So this is how i took off the sign in when opening my QB PRO.  Go to  Company --- Set up users and passwords -- Set up users --  I only have 1 user so I doubled clicked on that user --- i deleted both passwords --- choose Select for Challenge Question --- Click Next --- Click No ---Click Finish
