Intuit has left itself open to speculation and criticism by being intentionally vague on the sunset date fir QBD pro accountant.  The continuous popups encouraging desktop users to migrate clients to QBO coupled with the obscene price increases of recent years all point to a strategy to force people out of QBD while keeping their reasons concealed..  Unfortunately, the changes made to QBO over the past 2.years have made using QBO cumbersome and tedious.  The product development team is tone deaf to the complaints of accountant users, the same accountant users you relied heavily on to sell QBO in the past.  The AI functions are anything but "intelligent" with no way to turn off its constant interruptions.  The new "functionality" just adds more steps to getting things done and the site has become more about being a running ad.fior other services Intuit offers than an accounting program.  I can only assume your developers are more in tune with new business owners that are trying to run their business on a cell phone and have perverted QBO to favor mobile accessibility over the needs of accountants that have to undo the mistakes in the.8-12 weeks we.get before filling.  Seriously not impressed.
