The option to switch to the new experience is available exclusively to Master/Primary admins, @Sharla_13.If you’re already set up as the Master/Primary admin on the account, I recommend refreshing your browser and signing in and out of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This ensures any recent changes to the account settings or permissions are properly synced and fully reflected in your user experience.
