The Transaction type dropdown in the Customer's tab doesn't have a default option, KWCOffice.

 

The system remembers the last selection you made during your session and automatically displays it the next time you log in. If you've set it to "All transactions", but notice it switching to a different option when you log in, I recommend contacting our Live Support team during their available hours. They have the necessary tools to securely access your account, investigate the root cause of this issue, and provide a tailored solution.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Help icon(?).
  3. Select the Search tab and enter a keyword related to your concern.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Choose a way to connect.
