You don't need to change your Intuit Data Protect (IDP) user credentials, PTEPM. Instead, you can reassign the IDP entitlement to the Primary Admin through CAMPS.

Before we proceed, please ensure you're the primary admin. Once done, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to CAMPs.
2. Navigate to the Primary Contact section.
3. Under this section, locate the Intuit Data Protect User and click the View User Details dropdown.
4. Once done, click Change Intuit Data Protect User.
5. In the Change User for Intuit Data Protect window, select the IDP product you want to update and click Continue.
6. A list of eligible emails will appear on the list. Then, select the appropriate email address for the IDP entitlement.
7. Once you are finished, a confirmation window will appear. Click Yes, to confirm.

After completing these steps, the old bookkeeper will no longer have access, and the entitlement will be reassigned securely.
