I have the QB Essentials subscription.  I am also having filter issues.  I have a filter option, but when I choose which customer income account and the corresponding expense accounts associated with that customer, the report comes back blank.  No income. No expenses.  I should be able to choose an income account and select expense accounts and run a basic P&L
