Since you've already updated the payment method for QuickBooks and payroll, but the payment method isn't being charged when it should, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team to confirm why the payment info isn't being charged.

 

They can be reached while you're signed in.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. In your top menu bar, go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Enter a question, keyword, or topic you need help with.
  3. Select Contact Us.

 

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

 

In regard to changing the Primary Administrator on your account, after submitting a request, Intuit will review the case as soon as possible. After your review's complete, you'll receive an update via email with the status. You can learn more about the process in our Request to be the primary admin or contact article.
