I'll share some steps to resolve the syncing issue, Islandinspired.

Before we dig deeper, can you share more details about your concern? Can you also tell us if you're syncing data from the GoPayment app to QBO? What exactly happens when you try to sync data?

We're asking these questions to make sure that we're giving you the right steps and information to sort this out.

In the meantime, follow the steps to resolve connection issues between the GoPayment app and your card reader:

  1. Bluetooth card readers only connect to Bluetooth compatible devices. Make sure Bluetooth is on.
  2. To turn the card reader on, press and hold the power button on the side of the device until it's green. You can take out the device from its dock before you press the power button.

Aside from that, you can also temporarily disconnect and connect it back again. Here's how:

  1. Go to the home screen and select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Card readers, then select the card reader to disconnect.
  3. Tap disconnect reader, then select reconnect reader after.
