You can clear the cache and temporary files in your QuickBooks to see if that solves the issue with your app not opening, Debbie651. I'll walk you through this step and share a few more troubleshooting tips to help get your app up and running.

 

 

If you're using Windows, follow this keyboard shortcut key below.
 

  • Press Windows+R, type %localappdata%\Intuit\QuickBooks\, and delete the contents inside the Cache folder.


If the step didn't resolve the issue, I recommend to temporarily disable your antivirus, it may have blocked you which is also affecting QBO performance. You may also consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app:
 


You may also use a regular QuickBooks supported browser. Then follow these steps to access your QBO account:
 

  1. Search for QBO account.
  2. Click on Sign In.
  3. Select QBO.
  4. Enter your login credentials.
