Here's how you can get in touch through QuickBooks Online (QBO):

 

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Navigate to the Help (?)  icon at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on the Assistant tab for support from the QB assistant, or go to the Search tab and type in Contact Us to receive help from a specialist.
  4. Click on the Contact Us button when it appears.
  5. Select your preferred method of connecting with them:
  • Callback - to reserve your spot and get someone to call you back
  • Chat - to start with a conversation with an expert through chat
