Beware of QB as I was hacked by someone inside QB!

They were able to find a customer that paid through QB and took over $27,000.00 from the customer.

They did seven transactions on one day. I contacted QB as I found a merchant service fee of over $700.00 on my bank account. I called and after 2 hours on the phone they said I had been hacked. They shut my account down to investigate and reopened my account 6 days later. I never saw a dime of that money.  I am the victim and QB went after my business checking account and pulled over 10 transactions that was over $20,000.00 unauthorized.  They said the hacker used my credentials.  I am a one man show.  The only other people that has access was Quickbooks.  This is absolute worst company in the accounting world.  They nearly put me out of business.  If  you are looking for a better solution try ZohoBooks.  Their platform is so much faster than Quickbooks, especially on Monday morning.  They are still coming after me for more money as of this day!  Why should I be responsible for something I did not do!!!  Quickbooks you have insurance - USE IT!! Dont make your customers the victim!  And now they are talking to Amazon to strike a deal with them. That is going to be the end of amazon and quickbooks!  They dont have no where near the server power to do that.  Anyway I've been very happy to move to Zoho.  I was with QB for over 23 years.
