I have tried all of these suggestions and nothing has worked.  No matter what I do, in Apple and/or in QB, nothing works.  I cannot change the date format in QB to anything other than YY-MM-DD which is not compatible with my Apple settings.  I have spent approx 20 hours over the last few weeks with Intuit "tech support" people;  none of them have been able to solve the problem.  Hoping you have some additional suggestions, AdonL...
