There aren't specific changes on the Chart of Accounts, denisek. I'll guide you in modifying your preference to show the detail type and number order in your company file.

To start, please ensure that the Account Number feature is activated in your account settings. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and navigate to the Advanced tab.
  2. Select Edit under the Chart of Accounts section. Then, enable the feature.

If the Number column isn't visible from the Chart of Accounts (COA) page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings icon above the Action column.
  2. Enable Numbers and other options from there.
  3. To arrange them in order, click on the arrow from the Number column.

I'm including this screenshot for reference.

However, if you meant something else, you can leave a reply on this thread for more detailed information.

Additionally, you can start reviewing and reconciling your accounts to ensure they always match your bank and credit card statements.

On the other hand, you'll want to seek additional guidance from our Live Expert Assisted team to help you organize your entries and provide assistance in managing your accounts.
