The language functionality is only available to QuickBooks Online International, Sweta. Allow me to provide some insights about it.
As stated by Chrea, the QBO US version doesn't include this feature since English is the most widely used language in the United States. If you wish to use a different language and your company operates in other regions, you can subscribe to QuickBooks International. You can use this link to start: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/, then select a country.
Then, you can edit the language by following the steps below:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Account and Settings from the menu.
- Click the Advanced tab from the left-hand menu.
- In the Language section, click on the small pencil icon to edit.
- Choose your preferred language from the drop-down menu if available.
- Click Save and then Done.
