I know how important it is to customize your Chart of Accounts (COA) to include only those accounts relevant to your business. When you set up your company in QuickBooks Online (QBO), some default accounts are automatically created. If there are any accounts that don’t apply to your business, you can temporarily make them inactive.

- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
