I understand how important it is for your business to have specific limitations on user access. Currently, that option isn't available in QBO, I'd suggest sending a request directly to our product engineers using our feedback form. This way, our Product Engineers can consider adding this in future updates.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Press Next.
Once you submit it, our team will take a look, and you can keep track of your requests on the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
In the meantime, you can create custom roles for your users to limit their access, which might help a bit. And if you need insights about your business income, running financial reports can be helpful too.
