Thanks for getting back to us and providing an update, scooters. I want to make sure you're able to add users for payment processing.

 

It appears you've tried to add a user but received a message indicating they’ve been invited and have an account, yet they are still facing an error when trying to log in. That said, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Support Team. They have the tools necessary to investigate why access is unavailable. You can reach out to them on the phone number posted in this article: Contact Payments Support.

 

Once the user you added has an access, you can share this article to them to know more how to accept payments: Process payments in the GoPayment app.
