We encrypt all identification information when it's stored in our systems and our servers are safeguarded with security. It's concerning that despite trying different approaches and verifying your account twice, you continue to receive emails stating that no proof was attached, even after sending a picture of your driver's license.

 

That being said, we recommend directly contacting our support team to address this issue. Our support team will use their tools to diagnose and resolve the issue. They will work diligently to identify the underlying cause and provide you with an effective solution. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account and select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select or type Contact Us.
  3. Write down your concern, then click Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us (phone or chat).
