So to be clear -- when MFA is on you now require a code to be emailed rather than a password?  "These additional security measures, including multi-factor authentication, require a verification code each time you log in to ensure your account’s safety."

I do not want to disable MFA.  I am bound by my profession to use MFA.  What I do want is the behavior we had at the beginning of this week where I could log in with an email address/password and then be prompted to add my authenticator code.  What I do not want is to have to wait for a code to be emailed to me.
