Since you already completed the basic troubleshooting, I recommend contacting our customer support team. This way, they can securely access your account and conduct further investigation.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Hover over to the Help menu, then click the Search tab.
  2. Press Contact Us.
  3. Choose a specific topic or Ask about something else, and type in a short description in the box provided.
  4. Select Continue, then pick the Chat or Callback option.
