The ability to transfer data to an Excel file is unavailable in the Custom Reports for the new custom layout. However, in the old report, you can find the option to export to Excel by clicking the dropdown arrow.
Here are the steps on how you can manually edit the new custom layout:
- Select Report from the menu.
- Choose the Custom Reports tab, then click Journal to open.
- Click the dropdown Export/Print to have the option to Export to Excel.
