I have some clarification to provide regarding your question on inactive clients. As detailed in my colleague's post above, your Inactive Clients won't display until you've clicked the tiny Gear icon (⚙) and checked the box to Include Inactive as shown in Step 3 of the picture below.

                                                                                                 
Once you've checked this box, all Inactive Clients will be displayed on the Clients tab.
